To guarantee the highest quality of produce in the kitchen, we work closely with local farmers who can provide full traceability. Today, we are proud to say that the food we provide during your stay features 80% of organic ingredients. We are working towards 100% as soon as possible.

To accompany your meals, we currently offer a small selection of organic wines. By 2026, we aim to offer a wider range of organic wines from France and South Africa.

In summary, we try to offer you as excellent and healthy cuisine as possible.

For wines, importing into Tanzania is an unfortunately complicated, long process with very expensive taxes, as the country is not a producer.

This is also an issue for us. We already offer some 'Organic' wines and, in June 2026, our offer will consist exclusively of South African and French 'Organic' wines.
